The alkorPLAN® membranes is used worldwide more than 30 years. Since that more than 150 mio. m² of alkorPLAN® waterproofing membranes has been installed.

Alkorplan® membranes are designed for waterproofing of all types of buildings, industrial and civil constructions. Special advantage of this material is for completely flat and shallow roofs, roofs of sophisticated design, terraces, livable terraces with a very small slope or no inclination, as well as roofs with the problematic gutter system and the water outlets. Alkorplan membrane provides 100% water resistance more than 25 years of imelifet, and thenks to other advantages, pays off in the first few years of use.

VIRTE Tehnoloģijas, SIA, can install Alkorplan membranes on different underlays: precast reinforced concrete and metal profiled sheets, wood, lightweight concrete and other materials. The membrane is flexible and does not change its properties at temperatures down to – 40 ° C, what is especially important in winter season when most types of roofs and roof terraces are subject to thermally as well as structural induced movements.

Top quality welding robot Leister Varimat V2 is used for welding, which ensures constant high quality of welding on all types of surfaces, including insulated roofs.
